Scope of Services

Alteration Avenue provides tailoring, alteration, remodelling, and upcycling services subject to garment inspection and material assessment. Any scope, concept, and price are confirmed only after review of the item, its construction, condition, and the requested fit or redesign.

Operational clause

Quotes and Payment

For custom projects, any quote may depend on the approved scope, available fabric, and any supplementary materials required. A deposit may be requested before work begins, and accepted payment methods are limited to those confirmed at the time of collection or invoicing.

Project Conditions

All work is performed according to the agreed scope and the condition of the garment. Additional work, material substitutions, or changes to the approved concept require prior approval, and the final result may be limited by seam allowances, wear, damage, grain, and construction.
